How can I identify this charge?

Once we receive transaction details, the OnlineTalk Network team will review the charge and provide information about the platform linked to it.

How can I request a refund?

Refunds may be available in accordance with our Payment and Refund Policy, depending on the situation.
To request a refund:

  • choose “Request a refund” in the “Select your issue” menu at the top left of this page, OR

  • contact the platform directly using their official support channels.

In most cases, support-based refunds are processed faster than bank dispute procedures.

I don’t recognize a transaction – what should I do?

If you notice a charge that looks unfamiliar, please contact us so we can investigate.
To help us locate the transaction, we may ask for:

  • the first 6 digits (BIN) and last 4 digits of the card used

  • your email address, so we can provide updates and status information

After receiving the details, our support team will review the case and respond as quickly as possible.

What is a BIN and is it safe to share it?

A BIN (Bank Identification Number) is the first six digits of your bank card number. It helps identify the bank that issued the card.
Sharing a BIN is generally considered safe, but we still recommend being cautious and never providing full card details online.

How can I confirm transaction details?

You may share your transaction information with OnlineTalk Network, and we will review it to confirm the platform connected to the payment.
